George Goudelis is one of the pioneers of applied Artificial Intelligence in the Greek financial sector. As the Head of Data Analytics & AI at Eurobank, he plays an active role in the organization’s transition toward a future where decisions, customer experiences, and operations are enhanced by advanced Analytics and GenAI technologies.

With more than 20 years of experience in data-driven decision making, he has led the implementation of GenAI applications in chatbots, customer feedback analysis, direct marketing and AML, as well as the development of recommendation engines, segmentation schemes, and AML analytics that significantly strengthen customer experience and business growth.

George combines deep scientific and technical expertise with strategic thinking and the ability to build high-performing teams that drive innovation.
