Valeriya Vildan Mutlu

Valeriya Vildan Mutlu is an IBM Quantum Sales Executive responsible for strategic markets across Southern Europe, Israel and Africa. She works with governments, research institutions, universities and enterprises to develop quantum computing strategies, build national and regional ecosystems, and accelerate the adoption of quantum technologies.

With more than a decade of experience in enterprise technology, business development and strategic sales, Valeriya has worked across data and AI, cybersecurity, emerging technologies, and executive advisory. Her international career includes roles at IBM and Gartner, where she has supported senior executives and organizations in shaping technology and transformation strategies.

She holds an MBA, another master's degree in Cybersecurity, and a bachelor's degree with a double major in Chemistry and Business, combining a strong scientific foundation with business, technology, and commercial expertise.
